In its GBM held on 20th November 2010, the Center had the privilege to have former Foreign Secretary and Prime Minister's Special Envoy, Shri Shyam Saran as Guest Speaker. He spoke on "India and the Challenge of a rising China". It was undoubtedly a most educative and inspiring discourse which kept our audience thrill-bound.
