An extra-ordinary meeting of the General Body was organised on 18th October, 2015 at the City Club, DLF Phase - III, Gurgaon. His Excellency Maj. Gen. V. Namgyel, Ambassador of Bhutan addressed the meeting on the topic "India-Bhutan Relations". The very informative address was followed by a long question and answer session after which the President concluded it by describing Indo-Bhutan relations as exemplary and unique in character and thanked the Bhutanese Ambassador for making a significant contribution to their growth and expansion. The AGM ended with lunch for the members of CIRC, their spouses and special invitees.
