Lt. Gen. B S Nagal (Retd), former Commander-in-Chief of the Tri-Services Strategic Forces Command, the first officer to hold the appointment in the Indian Army, was the Guest Speaker at the AGM. He spoke on the topic "India's current Strategic Options" in detail and answered all the questions raised by the audience. Gen. Nagal's discourse was very inspiring and educative. The members of CIRC as well as its special invitees expressed their sincere thanks and warm appreciation for it.
